The Name property is used to create some HTML code related to the internals of the macro (such as div names, alt text...). As far as I know, this property is internal for Umbraco, and should be present in every Media node. There's no need to create this property. Please review the contents of the folder selected when using the macro. Maybe, there's some weird element getting in the way... or maybe you have not indicated the nivoFolder parameter value?
A little bit more of information (or maybe debug) would be appreciatted.
I could find anything wrong following your link. Maybe you could post a pair of screen captures of the Media Type declaration (NivoImageSlider), the folder on the Media Library and the Template definition (where you use the macro)?
NivoSlider 0.4 error
Hello :)
I installed the latest version of Nivo-slider, followed the documentation - but I get this error:
'umbraco.MacroEngines.DynamicMedia' does not contain a definition for 'Name'
I can tell that I need to add the definition for this 'Name', but I'd like to know where..
