    PDCalendar and Umbraco 4.7

    Hi All,

Recently we decided to upgrade one of our Umbraco installs to 4.7.  Within the depths of the code we are using PDCalendar, this was running version 1 which we didn;t upgrade as it appeared to be working on the public facing site.  Now we find that it is causing an issue within the Umbraco interface.  We have now upgraded to version 2 which has fixed the issue with the umbraco interface, but is now causing some very strange behaviour on the public facing site.

On the front end we have the calendar view implemented and a listing.  One in three times the calendar will load, with NaN for the date fields, and the listings will produce either nothing or the wrong months output.

We are using the legacy schema setting in Umbraco and have the site set to use .net 4.  has anyone come across this before or have any ideas how we can resolve this?

    Thanks

    Tony

    Tony,

I think somewhere in the upgrade process something went crazy.

Have you tried republishing the site? If that didn't work, it could be because you upgraded from version 1 to 2. Try saving the documents that use PDCalendar and see if that resolves it.

Let me know how it works out.

    Hi Peter

Thanks for the information on that, but we have republished all the content and specific nodes with no luck. The very strange thing is i have downloaded the whole site and database that is on the live and it works fine. Do you have any other suggestions or can we get a copy of the source code from anywhere? I know you need to pay for the pro version, but we just need the free version

    Many thanks

    Ian
