    Work with custom controllers?

    Does PDF Creator work with custom controllers (those that inherit from RenderMvcController)?  

    Any issues if template inherits from UmbracoViewPage<T> instead of UmbracoTemplatePage (where T extends RenderModel)?

    Yes.

    PDF Creator just needs a view to turn any model into FO.
