Licence to ibex products

Hi,

It looks like this package uses ibex component. http://www.xmlpdf.com/pricing.html

Is it necessary to purchase aditional licence of ibex components to use this package?

To be clear - I have a license to redistribute the 3rd party commercial components of my package so the license fee payable to me covers all costs.
