Okay, haven't figured out why Pliable Form doesn't work yet but on the PliableForm_table, look at line 19. It is a value-of statement that is adding the id in at the top. I must have had that in there while testing it. Please take that line out. I'll post a new 1.0 beta soon.
But if you don't need the in editor features of 1.0, .9.6 might be better suited for you.

i tried adding form via macro in editor but in will not show on live website or in editor.
Ok, i managed to get it working by using the macro "Pliable Form_table" instead of "Pliable Form". But it shows the Id of the form on the page now.

The main Pliable Form macro should now work in Pliable Form 1.0.
how do i update from previous version 1.0, only replace js file?
You will need to replace the javascript file, the XSLTs and the macros.
