I'm running Umbraco 4.7.0 and I installed the 1.3 version of the Pliable Contact Form. I installed the package by downloading the zip and manually installing by browsing to the zip.
When I click the Submit button, I get an error as "undefined".
I have setup the mail settings in web.config, and I can see the asmx file in the app_data under a folder with a guid name.
I can confirm with debugging that the error happens on the ajax call. Could you assist?
It looks like there was an SMTP permissions issue. To be honest, I couldn't figure it out so I went and used another contact form, which only started working when I resolved the SMTP, so it's likely they suffered the same problem.

If you are still having difficulty, I can help you out. Is the "undefined" error a javascript error?

check the whether you added the dll, or any missing files.
or try to reinstall it. it will work.
