Is there an Ajax loading image / message that should display when the form is submitted? What I have, is when the form is submitted, it just disappears and then either an error or success message is displayed.

Whoops, should have read the documentation a bit closer! Tha'ts what the Loading Image property is for on the form tab, my bad! ;-)
