    Error! Failure sending mail

    When am trying to send message, am getting this error message

    "Failure sending mail."

     

    I installed the form on our other servers and which are running perfectly. I checked the web.config for the SMTP settings, but I cannot find any errors there too..

    I am using dedicated server for this, here is the configuration of the same

    • Win Server 2008
    • IIS 7
    • .Net 4.0
    I am wondering like whether i missed any dll's or anything.
    Anyone please help me to find the solution, because its very urgent for me

    hmmm, are you able to send any email from that server?

    Thank you Jon, you're right... as you suggested I checked and found the issue n SMTP server and it's sorted..

    I am running inot the same problem, we upgraded with Win2008 and when we migrated Umbraco over the form no longer works. It looks like this questions was answered but the solution was removed or sent directly to Sanal. Any suggestions here?
