Everything is working fine with the form aside from this issue. 

Whenever the form is submitted, two emails are being generated and sent instead of just one, not entirely sure why. web.config looks fine, haven't adjusted the dictionary items or anything like that and haven't messed with the xslt or macro at all. 

Any idea where I could begin looking into this?
