You're out of luck I'm afraid; I haven't been maintaining this package in so long I wouldn't even know where to begin. It was written well before Umbraco 7 and I don't guarantee any sort of compatibility with current versions.
Having said that, you might be able to find a sample cshtml file somewhere in the package.
