In Umbraco 4.11.8 and Safe Mail Link 1.3 I encountered a problem when using Chrome (at least in the current version), I believe it has something to do with javascript.
As I'm currently making Icelandic websites and the mail links should have mail-subjects included, there are letters like Þ, Ð, é,.. in the link. On Firefox it is no problem to use explicit character encodings like %C3%A9 for é, however Chrome isn't so friendly and displays a usual chaotic encoding mess.

Thanks for reporting this. I've added it as a bug - will look into it when I get chance, (I dev on many umbraco packages) :-)
Cheers, Lee.
