Hi, I've tried installing this a couple of times but each time the associated .cs files for the .ascx usercontrols are missing. The usercontrol macros for the package are as below:

SimpleViewer Gallery Browser
SimpleViewer Gallery Control
SimpleViewer Gallery Render

Any ideas? The install does not report any errors and, as far as I can see, nothing else is missing. I've checked Windows Explorer, just in case the files are excluded from the project, but they're not there either.
