Have a website where it has been questioned how we can 'futureproof' the growing number of 4k and 5k screens and have seen it is a case of providing a higher resolution image as per the process for retina screens.
Have only been playing with the plugin the last couple of days so sorry for my lack of knowledge but am wondering if anyone else has thoughts and experience of this?
Can see from the basic tests I have made that the plugin sends resized images upto 2048 but I assume these sizes are defined somewhere in the plugin source code and that this is the largest image size it will send? the source image was 3840 wide.
As I say im only just beginning to get my head around using the plugin and will also need to weigh up the issues of filesize that storing a number of these images on the server via CMS will bring but just wanted to get any thoughts people have
if this is documented somehwhere just let me know
