    Can you select which nodes you want tweeted about?

    I have a site running a blog that this would be perfect for, however can I attach it to only the blog datatypes so when any content is updated on the site nothing is tweeted but when the blog is updated the tweet is sent out?

    yes, you can filter tweets by datatype. It is described in the manual.
