What is the best method of transferring UCommerce Store data from a staging database to a live Database. I don't think Courier (at least express version) can handle this and was having issues with scripted data inserts.
Courier will not handle it without doing a plugin for it.
So far the best strategy is the same as for deploying a standard .NET app to production.
For ongoing deployments I highly recommend a tool like Red-Gate Data Compare and SQL Compare, which compares two databases and creates a script to synchronize them.
OK, the apps look great but are quite pricey so will have to find some other way around it for now. Data import/export/migration continues to be a sticking point with me and UCommerce :(

I agree. Work on that will resume as soon as UC 3 and the new demo store are out.
