    Cannot create new product type as "Product Family"

    uCommerce Support

    The user interface simply does not allow me to check the "Product Family" checkbox.
    Tried both chrome and IE9

    What am i doing wrong? using ucommerce version 2.6.1.0

    Found the solution, if i create an enum data type and attach it to the product and checks  Variant Property checkbox on the data type attached to the product then the product becomes a product family.. Not the most self explaining feature in my opinion - but problem is solved

    Oh and I could of course RTFM (http://www.publicvoid.dk/CatalogFoundationExplainedProductDefinitions.aspx - search for Variant Properties) but I like to keep my self on a need to know basis :)
