    Problem with applying discount removing shipping cost

    We are using uCommerce and have a discount code for a set amount. The amount includes the product and an add on. However when checking out, the shipping cost for the addon is not included in the cost. Any idea's?

    There's a fix included for this in uCommerce 2.6.1.

    Hi. Following Kevin's comment above, unfortunately we're already running 2.6.1.

    Scenario is for Promo Code set up as Amount Off Total Order, set to eg $35. Products are eg. $32 + $3.00 add-on. Promo code is entered, sub total shows $0, as expected. Then when Shipping address is entered and shippung value calculated (fixed rate based on region) instead of expected eg $9.99 balance to pay, it's showing $6.99 (ie the prices of shipping, less the cost of the add on). No matter which product or add on, this double charging of the add-on occurs. However, it works fine for if more than one of the same product is ordered (ie the value doesn't zero pre-shipping calculation). Any thoughts?

    I tried setting up an example matching what you describe to see if I can repro the behavior. Could you look it over and see if it's the same as what you're doing?

    1) Set up a promocode with the value of 1x product A + 1x product B == 3595:

    2) Set up a shipping method with a price of 100

    3) Add product A (unit price of 3495) to basket

    4) Add product B (unit price of 100) to basket

    5) Add promocode with amount off order total = 3595 ==> OrderTotal / SubTotal = 0

    6) Add shipment with a price of 100 ==> OrderTotal = 100 / SubTotal = 0

    Am I reproing the same thing here? If not, could you send me the exact set up so I can try it out?

    Thanks!
