Using DIBS as a payment method, is it possible to manage recurring payment throught DIBS?
Contact subscriber when they register, order or when I need to remind them in case of expire to renew the subscription. Is is Email settings to use for that?
The built-in payment provider for DIBS does not support subscriptions, but you can certainly modify it to match your requirements. uCommerce will happily help you with the set up and tear down of subscriptions, but DIBS will ultimately handle the actual capture process.
You can use uCommerce to send e-mails reminding the customer of various actions they need to perform, but you have to couple that with a little scheduled task that monitors whether a situation you want to ping the customer about arises.
Alternatively you can use pipelines to notify customers about changes to order states when they occur in the backend, i.e. when a store manager modifies order status. More info in Understanding uCommerce Order Statuses.
BTW you're welcome to shoot me an e-mail if you'd like a peek at the default uCommerce DIBS provider. Contact me at ssl AT ucommerce DOT dk
