Duplicate nodes when upgrading to uCommerce 2.6.1

Strange thing happened when I upgraded from uCommerce 2.5.2 to 2.6.1.  Every node duplicated in uCommerce!  This only seems to have affected uCommerce and nothing else on my site.  I tested adding a new product and of course it is reflected in the duplicated node.  I've cleared the cache, looked around at the database and config but cannot find anything obvious.  Anyone have this behavior? How to fix?

    I'm running Umbraco 4.9.0, uCommerce 2.6.1

I also show previous packages of uCommerce under the "Installed Packages".  The instructions for upgrade just state to install the package and it will take care of the rest.  This may be so but I would like to remove the old packages without harming the environment.

    After upgrade to 2.6.1 (!!)

    Hi Phil,

This is due to a change in Umbraco 4.8+ where the trees config moved from the database to an XML file. In the course of moving to XML a regression was introduced which means that duplicates will be added to the XML file regardless of the fact that the aliases exist (no SQL constraints).

I've submitted a patch to Umbraco to fix this and added a temp fix to uCommerce 3 as well.

In the meantime you can edit the file trees.config and remove the duplicate entries from the end of the file. It's located in /config/tress.xml.

    Hope this helps.
