Razor Store (Avenue Clothing) documentation needed

I am new at Umbraco and I am trying to create a very simple demo shop with the Razor Store (Avenue Clothing). So I need some documentation on how to install and change things in this demo shop. Do you have some links to documentation og video guides regarding this shop?
Quick questions in advance:
1) How do I create categories and change the images on the front page and other basic stuff?
2) How do I remove the left side bar on the front page if I just want a big picture and some text to appear?
3) How do I install the example uCommerce configuration and example catalogue etc. after I have installed the zip file with the shop? I got some different errors now: Error loading MacroEngine script....
2. After installing uCommerce download and install the razor store. Get it here: http://ucommerce.dk/en/home/developers/download.aspx (same as above just scroll down). It would install all example products with example images and what not.
3. Whenever that is installed a node should appear in the content section in Umbraco. Everything in the shop is loaded from the categories which would be found under the Ucommerce section -> Stores -> avenue-clothing.com -> demo store.
4. create / delete, right click categories. to modify just left click and you'll get a list of products located in the categories.
My uCommerce area is empty right now after installling the Razor Store , so not much to set up here yet. I will try to watch the video later on and get back.
Take a look in the Umbraco log either in the umbracoLog table for Umbraco 4.x or in /app_data/logs for Umbraco 6.x and see if there are any hints as to what the problem is.
Also make sure you're installing on Microsoft SQL Server (not SQL CE, MySql, or any of the other databases).

With that said, here's a few tips on how to get you up and running:
1. After installing Umbraco, you need to install uCommerce. Get it here: http://ucommerce.dk/en/home/developers/download.aspx
