Our client wants to reduce the prices in their shop across the board - is there an easy way to reduce all prices without going into each product individually? Needs to include the Variant prices too.

You have a couple of options:
If the price changes are permanent, then you can use SQL and update the values in the table: uCommerce_PriceGroupPrice,
If the price changes are temporary, then you can use the Marketing Foundation functionality.See more about Marketing Foundation:
