Callback Failure Alert From WorldPay in uCommerce - no redirect
Hi
Trying to get the WorldPay payment gateway working with ucommerce, im testing some transactions and im getting an email after a sucessfull transaction stating 'Callback failure from Worldpay'
After the sucessful payment there is no redirection to the sites sucess page, anyone have a solution for a redirect back to the success page?
Im getting to this screen and it just hangs, no redirect
any help would be much appreciated, thank you in advance
I have had a play around with it and it seems that WorldPay wont redirect back to the confirmation page from the config settings.
I have uploaded a resultY.html page and resultC.html page and added a hard coded link for the customer to return to the website shop.
I have also setup a Meta Refresh to do the same after 5 seconds, this seems to work ok now. I do however get an email from WorldPay stating there was a Callback Failure but i think this is down to some settings within Worldpay that i will now have to turn off.

Hi Neil,
Two typical issues that could result in the situation you describe:
1) Your server is not available from the internet, causing the WorldPay callback to fail.
2) Your confirmation page contains a redirect. WorldPay cannot handle that situation.
Could any of these be the cause?
