I am having same issue. I got the code and database from my client. I have just restored the DB into local system and run the project. Do not have store there. But I can see store on live site which is using same database and source code.
Are you missing other elements in your uCommerce navigation tree? If not try to look directly in the database table uCommerce_ProductCatalogGroup and see whether the store is deleted (I believe there should be a column called Deleted with either a 0 or a 1).

I'm using uCommerce with umbraco.I found existing code from my client.But i have some issues with it.
I have set up the source code and when i run it ,i'm not able to see Store in uCommerce .
What to do for use existing source code of Umbraco and uCommerce code .
I have excluded lic. file and .key file from my project and changed Domain name in dbo.umbracoDomains with my local iis url.
Is it a wrong way to use existing code..if yes then let know the proper way.

I have just hide the name of store, store name is there.
Okay try to go to security foundation under settings and check that your user has access to the store.

Despite that can you envestigate the following:
- Do you have any errors in your browsers console?
- Are you capable of creating a new product catalog group?
- Can you see other elements under Marketing and orders?
