    Extending Market Foundation: Creating new Award

    uCommerce Support

    Has anyone made their own Award?

    I would like to create an award that fixes the product price. I know what the calculations should be when it comes to applying the AmountOffTotal in the Discount but not sure how to implement this.

    Has anyone any example code I can look at?

    I only know of a (old) guide by Søren: http://www.publicvoid.dk/ExtendingMarketingFoundationAddingANewAdvertiseAndActTarget.aspx

    I guess that would cover the basic (but im pretty sure some of the API's / configs have changes since then)

    I have already read this article that looks at the advertise and act part of the market foundation.

    As you mentioned I think this is based on an older version of uCommerce.

    I have done it. I will post what I did when I get some free time soon.

    There were key areas which took me a while to figure out what was needed, mainly AwardResolver and what data needed storing.
