    Problem with Umbraco 4 - media library has been deleted in the menu

     

    My media library has been deleted in the menu

     

     

    As you can see in this screendump, I have clicked on the right and chosen ”sort”

     

     

    The pictures are there, but I am not able to edit them, or find them when I need to add them to a page

    The webside is working as it should, so the files are there somewhere.

     

    I hope that you can help me solve this problem!

    Hi Michael and welcome to our :)

    Could you specify in more detail what exact version of Umbraco 4 you're using?

    Are you a content editor using the site? Perhaps some of your permissions have been revoked so you can't see a certain area of the media section but can only access a specific folder? Have you tried uploading an image and see if you can select that particular image?

    If you can I think you should get in touch with your administrator or developer to figure out why your access has been restricted perhaps - From the above information I think that may be the issue.
