Hi, I used code for deleting all orders what I had found in ucommerce documentation http://docs.ucommerce.net/ucommerce/v5/how-to/delete-orders-and-baskets.html
but after executing this script, app gets error, on open order status folder in ucommerce admin, it says timeout error. also I can't get orders programatically, get the same error.... plz help me : )

Maybe you started the transaction without commiting it ? (it's commented out in the script). Maybe its waiting to be finished :) ?
