    licence issue out of the blue

    uCommerce Support

    Ive been running ucommerce on a live site now for about 6 months. Out of the blue the site stopped working. when you request the homepage in loads for a minute or so and either returns request time out or "uccomerce Developer Edition" blue banner. 

     

    I added the free licence 6 months ago and all worked well until about an hour ago.

    Has any one any suggestions.

     

    Update: accessing site from temp url (added binding in iis with 'preview' in address) and all works as should. So it looks like its a licence issue. but nothing has been changed from my side of things. Is there an issue with licencing at the moment?

    FWIW we're experiencing the same issue (and I know of some others that are too). You're not alone !

    Could you email your key and uCommerce version to ssl AT uCommerce DOT net please?
