    Forwarding of Orderconfirmation

    I have a problem finding where to add/delete receivers of the orderconfirmation email in uCommerce. I have no idea where to look. I need to delete an emailaddress and add a new for receiving orderconfirmations made in the uCommerce shop. Is this done within uCommerce or how is it usually set up?

    3 people are already receiving the orderconfirmation.

    I took the liberty of moving your question into the uCommerce support section since the above is not Umbraco specific. I'm sure the uCommerce guys will reply within a couple of hours since the seem to be pretty quick in here :)

    Hi Michael,

    Maybe the current email addresses are stored as cc and bcc. You could try to have a look in the uCommerce section and in the settings. In there you will find to confirmation email nodes.

    I have made a screen shot to make it easier for you to understand what I am talking about.

    Hi Dennis,

    Thnx for your prompt reply. Unfortunately there is no email addresses listed in the CC, BCC field :(

    Is there another place where it could be entered/placed?

    Hi Michael,

    The place Dennis points out is the only place where we deal with emails. If you can't find the receivers in there probably the emails are handled by an extension somewhere.

    I would take a look at the checkout pipeline and see whether any modifications have been made.

    It's in /umbraco/ucommerce/pipelines.
