When creating a new order in the back-office - how do you relate it to an existing customer?
For example if an administrator is adding orders on behalf of customers, it would be silly to keep entering address/shipping details. And it makes sense to group the orders.

When creating a new order in the back-office - how do you relate it to an existing customer?
For example if an administrator is adding orders on behalf of customers, it would be silly to keep entering address/shipping details. And it makes sense to group the orders.

Hello L,
This is not done in the default setup.
What you can do, is add a new task to the SaveOrder pipeline, that sets up the data based upon the entered email address, for example.
You can also add a new tab to the EditOrder page, to display the data.
