Greetings. The v4 and v6 manual's were also available in Word document format. It would be great to have a Word document format for the v7 manual, too.
This would also be helpful to us so we don't have to do document conversion first to update the screenshots to 7.6 before we send this to clients :) thanks for your contribution!

EDIT: I think we can use the Markdown version in the Umbraco Bookshelf plugin.
