    WebForms + Razor implementation

    If anyone is interested, I have tweaked script a bit, now it works for me as macro for a webpage. I like it for being able to easily cache. Umbraco MVC, in my opinion, isn't quite as good as it's webforms with razor and macros.

    I have also moved recursive call out of visibility check, my hidden folders contain visible items.
