    v7 Property Editor

    Matt,

Any plans to make a v7 version of this? Given my limited understanding, the uTwit.Web package is all fine, but the UI elements of uTwit.DataType will need porting over to Angular?

    Hi Phil,

I've had a few people expressing an interest in upgrading it which I believe they are on with so I would hope to have something soon.

I'll check back with the volunteers though to see how they are doing.

    Cheers

    Matt

Thanks Matt (& volunteers!) - I'd volunteer, but oAuth does my head in at the best of times, let alone the Angular stuff ;-)

Haha, tell me about it. Least twitter uses OAuth 1 which has a bunch of libraries available. OAuth 2 is just a mess.

    I'll keep you posted.

Good to hear this is being worked on!

I have some knowledge of Oauth (both 1 and 2) since I have made an OAuth connecter at the plate I work.

Not that well known with Angular, but that's something I should read up about anyway.  So with that in mind, I hereby offer my help (if needed).

The sooner this is ported to U7 the better! :)

    Hi Sjaak,

There is actually a version on GitHub at the moment for people to test if you want to give it a go

    https://github.com/mattbrailsford/uTwit/tree/v7x/Package

Just install the zips like any other umbraco package, and let me know how you get on.

    Matt
