We don't have the pricing nailed down yet, but as this is a follow on from Tea Commerce we plan to have a similar pricing level to that and will support a similar pricing plan where it's a one time payment.
Where things will differ a little is in how we handle updates. With a Vendr license you'll be entitled to 12 months of updates from date of purchase. After that 12 months you can continue to use the product indefinitely at no extra cost, however if you wish to upgrade at any point in the future, and upgrade license will be required. Again, pricing TBC.
We are looking to have all this nailed down in the next couple of months so will announce updated when we have them.
