I have Vendr checkout installed however it is causing a strange issue in my installation in that if I try to move any nodes around the tree, or copy a node, or indeed delete a node, I get a System.NullReferenceException as shown below which somehow seems linked to the ZeroValuePaymentProvider.
What version of the package are you using? We fixed a few null reference exceptions fairly recently in the latest 1.1.4 release and having just tested your replication steps on a local install I don't seem to be able to replicate it, so I'm wondering if an upgrade might be needed.
