Hi Matt,
How do we go about adding a new domain to an existing license?
The stores will be sitting under the same Umbraco instance and serving different pricing variations of the same type of "product".
Currently, our license covers the domains *.StoreA.co.uk & *.StoreA.es, but the client will be wanting this variation to sit under a different domain, i.e. *.StoreB.com
But unsure of any implications with having many licenses sitting in the same project?
Vendr licenses are per site, which generally means per domain, but we are being flexible with what that means when it comes to language variant domains where those stores are essentially exact duplicates but in another language. A truer description might instead be "per brand".
If you wish to run multiple store brands on multiple domains, then this would require a license purchase per brand domain.
You can run multiple stores in one install and so long as you have license files for each domain, Vendr will find them all and validate whichever is most relevant for the given site.
