You can upgrade whenever suites your customer, so if they are happy with the current feature set, they can remain on that version without upgrading.
If there are new features they wish to upgrade to at any time in the future, an upgrade license is then required at the 600 euro cost regardless of how long ago their previous license expired.
When you do upgrade, yes, you are entitled to the latest version of Vendr, and 12 additional months worth of releases from that point of purchase.

Are there any conditions about upgrading the Standard Licence?
Is there a period of time, I should buy a licence upgrade after it expires?
What if you wait with upgrading? I know, I can't update Vendr with new updates, but do I get all the updates when I finally upgrade the licence?
Will it still cost €600 regardless when I buy the upgrade?
