When you say “no longer” does that mean at some point you could? If so, what has changed between then and now? Are there any errors in the Umbraco trace log?
Ahh, ok, then that’ll be your problem. Vendr is licensed per domain so it sounds like you may be using an unlicensed domain and so the requests to add to the cart will fail.

Cannot add products to basket
Hello Matt,
I have the problem that I can no longer add products to the basket. When I click on the add button, the page reloads but the basket remains empty.
There is no error in the DevTools. On my localhost it is working just fine.
Have you experienced such a behaviour before? Maybe you know where it is best to check?

The problem occurs when I call up the shop under a different domain. The customer wants to operate the shop under different domains.
Is it possible that a cross domain problem is occurring here? Is an /api/ accessed when adding products?

OK, I will find out whether its ok for them to limit the shop domain to only one.
