I'm using Vendr 2.1 and am looking for a way for my Umbraco users to view the order changes - like when and who updated an order status in the commerce section of Umbraco.
Is there any way to see this log in the Commerce section? It looks like this is saved in the vendrActivityLog database table, however I'm not sure if there's any way to see this in the Umbraco Backoffice.
Also, it looks like the data in the vendrActivityLog table always has the userId set to -1, so while I can see the order activity, I can't see who made the update. Is that right or should the user id show who made the update?
We currently only display the order activity log on the store dashboard, but it could be a nice idea to display this on the order itself too so definitely something we could look in to.
RE the user ID, you are right that it also looks like our current event logging doesn't pass the user ID through so it's defaulting to -1. I'll get this added to our issue logger to address 👍
I didn't even notice the activity log in the Store dashboard, so that will help some, but knowing what user did the action would be nice. But once that issue with the log is fixed I can at least go into the database and pull it when need.

Thanks.

I’ve actually made both these changes now. They’ll be in an upcoming 2.1.2 release 👍🏻
Amazing. Thanks Matt!
We'll get ready to upgrade as soon as it gets released.
