Does the latest version of Vendr support partial order refunds?
I'm using Vendr 2.1 with Stripe as the payment processor. Currently to do a partial refund, order managers have to login to Stripe to make the update there and not all of them have access to that system. Also after making the refund, the details don't get back into Umbraco so when viewing an order in the commerce section it wont show that any refund happened which can cause some confusion.
Unfortunately not. Vendr currently only supports full order refunds, and it's because of this even when it notices a partial refund it currently has to say the order is captured until it notices that the whole order is refunded.
It's definately a feature we want to add, it's just other things have taken presidence since that blog post.
Do you have a timeline, when this feature can be implemented?
Even when I adjust the code regarding the authorized amount to be the difference of previous authorized amount and the refund, the admin will show that amount as refund.
It's not currently high up on our priority list as we look towards the upcoming Umbraco UI rewrite. I can't really give you a timeline when it would be implemented I'm afraid.
