We are having issues with some orders that don't log correct in Vendr. The customer fills out the checkout flow and pays with Klarna (Klarna payment API) In Klarna, everything seems to have gone well and the customer get charged for the items as they should.
However, in Vendr the order never becomes an "order". It stays in "Cart" which means that the seller don´t know to pack the order and deliver the items to the client.
Is this a known issue that you have a solution for?
It does not happen to all orders.
Are there any errors in your Umbraco trace log? Or is Klarna reporting any webhook errors? Have you double checked all the Klarna configuration settings in the payment provider to ensure it's configured for live?
I'd also check to see if there is anything happening with orders being updated after the user have moved to the payment portal as this would alter the orders order number and prevent them from being finalized.

I'm currently experiencing this too, in our staging environment I'd never get a Vendr Order created when using the checkout through Klarna.
However the order registers on Klarnas Merchant portal. While looking at the trace logs I can't find anything related to Klarna.
(Our Klarna is in Test-mode)
Do you have any insights on where I could start my troubleshooting on this?
