It depends how your payment provider is handling the cancelled order. If it returns to Vendr a transaction it will be considered finalized and will trigger the Oder finalized email.
Really it should be redirecting back to the site and not returning any transaction details
Order confirmation sends when order cancelled
Hello!
We have an error where Vendr Checkout sends out "Order confirmation" emails when a customer cancels an order/payment in Swish.
We only want emails sent out when an order is authorized or captured.
Is this a known issue? Everything seems to be setup correctly in Umbraco.
