We're using Vendr v1.8.6 (Umbraco 8.16.0) and in the orders download we're see lots of "Initialized" orders which I think means that customers have placed an order and gone through the payment screen but then exited. The trouble is these can only be seen on the download and not on the orders screen. is tbere an easy way to have a "Initialized" option in the payment status dropdown which returns these orders?

Hi James,
These should appear in your cart section I believe as untill the order is finalized (payment complete) they are still concidered open.
