Virtual Nodes for Umbraco 8

Basically a rewrite of Umbraco-VirtualNodes (https://github.com/sotirisf/Umbraco-VirtualNodes/) from Sotiris Filippidis (https://github.com/sotirisf/) to make it compatible with Umbraco 8.1+.
