Thanks for the error report! There's a bug in Umbraco 6.0.3 that makes this package fail during installation (http://issues.umbraco.org/issue/U4-2014).
I've updated the installation packge to XSLTsearch 3.0.5, which you can get from http://our.umbraco.org/projects/website-utilities/xsltsearch to work around the Umbraco bug.
