Missing Icon in the entire umbraco panel

Dear all,

this day i opened theumbraco panel and got this view...all the icon is missing ... anyadvise to make it correct

AFAICR this is likely due to a permissions issue.

Indeed propably an permission issue. Check this wiki to reset file permissions.

Still have no luck...the missing icon is happen (eventhough is partial). today i update the umbraco into 4.5.2 and it shows that my setting is perfect..but the problem still exist. is the problem is in my database or my cache?
