I have this problem in a 6.0rc site upgraded from 4.10 to 4.11.2 Never checked the functionality in 4.11

A related issue maybe? I am unable to insert media into the content editor. When clicking the insert/edit image button, a null reference exception is thrown.
Media preview items not working
using Umbraco 4.11.1 - nothing shows, just sits there and spins loading... any ideas? thx!
Have you tried restarting App Pool ?
