Hi Guys, I know that this question had already been asked and answered in here:

Value cannot be null. Parameter name: refresher

but it seems that I'm caught in some sort of a loop here. This error "value cannot be null..." seems to happen once in every few weeks. When I perform an IISReset it solves it, but it is not the actual solution. I have my app_data folder with the IUsr permission set, as it is suggested in the post above.

Why is this happening, and is there a permanent solution?
