    umbraco login is not working

    I'm having an issue with Umbraco 7.14with which I can't login to the Umbraco and I receive the message "Login failed for user ". Using developers tools I also get the error "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 /umbraco/backoffice/UmbracoApi/Authentication/PostLogin 403..
