Is it possible to have a website made using Umbraco which uses IIS and then pull that website off IIS and decide to use a paid domain (e.g. HostGator)?
You can host your website wherever you wish as long as the hosting provider can provide the minimum requirements for an Umbraco website. You can find out more here:
