Back office issue after upgrading an existing project from version 7.7.3 to 7.15.10

I've upgraded an existing project from version 7.7.3 to 7.15.10. After moving over the bin and Umbraco folders, I was unable to log into the backoffice on my local copy. After I log in the screen goes blank page. This shows up in the console:
No url found for api name backOfficeAssetsApiBaseUrl
